Pricing and Payment

• Does the price includes an ecommerce website?

  It does not. Our websites are static, which means that cannot do ecommerce (yet) or blogging websites.

• How much does niqē Web subscription cost?

  Starts at $50 USD per month, first month is free.

• What’s included in the USD $50 monthly fee?

  This subscription gives you access to a static website, domain name, cloud hosting, content updates, code maintenance, integration with Google My Business, website analytics, custom dashboards, and you get a new website every two years.

• How does the No Contracts | Cancel Anytime work?

  If at any time you want to cancel, you could send us an email, or unsubscribe directly from PayPal, Stripe or Square - you don’t even need to talk to us. If you cancel during the first year, we’ll keep your website live for another month. If you cancel after the first year (12 months of service), you keep your website and your domain name.

• Is there a way to keep my website if I cancel within
  the first year (less than 12 months of service)?

  Yes. Just buy your website (including your domain name) starting at USD $600.

• Can I really keep my website and domain name
  for free if I cancel after a year?

  Yes. The buy-back fees are waived after the first 12 months of service.

• Can my business pay with Purchase Order
  or receive invoices?

  You will receive an invoice approximately 15 days prior charging your subscription. We accept PayPal, Stripe and Square payments. We are working on bringing other payment methods for your convenience, such as Amazon Pay.

Privacy and Security

• How secure is my credit card data?

  As secured as the big payment corporations are able to make it. We don’t store credit card information. We run our subscription service via PayPal, Stripe and Square. You host your information with them, and they are responsible for your privacy and security. We never touch your credit card.

• Who can see my personal information?

  Nobody. We collect contact information about your business (same as in a business card or flyer), in order to identify you and provide services. Your payment information is directly handled by either Paypal, Stripe or Square. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.

Services

• Can I update the website myself?

  No while you are with us. Unlike websites built for WordPress, we don’t work with Content Management Systems (CMS). This means that any change is coded in, since we are responsible for the integrity of your website, we do it for you.

• Is this wordpress?

  No. WordPress is a free and open-source content management system (CMS), augmented by third party plugins, most associated with blogging but it can do all sorts of things. We write our own websites, keeping our websites super-fast, safe, reliable and SEO-friendly.
